Procedures and Policies
Class Scheduling and Payment Procedures
Tuition should be paid before the first session of every month. A 10% penalty may be imposed for late payment. Should a student come to a lesson before payment, EOK reserves the right to preclude the student from attending classes. Tuition schedules will be given out to parents/students on the 3rd week of the previous month.
There is a one-time registration fee of $150 to be charged for each student's first course enrollment.
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, parents should contact EOK by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance or we may charge the lesson at its normal rate. We only accept rescheduling for sickness and school activities. Students are required to present their corresponding doctor certificate or school notice to us as the proof for their absence. No rescheduling can be made for unapproved absence.
Cancelled paid-up classes with EOK approval will be credited to the next month invoice, whereas additional classes will be charged in the next month invoice.
EOK reserves the right to charge students for extra hours when they stay behind or arrive earlier than their class time depending on the length of class extension. Students are responsible to inform their parents about the extra hours to avoid any misunderstanding.
Class Rules
Students must be punctual for their classes. Lessons will not be extended for students who arrive late.
Parents and guardians are advised to wait outside the classrooms while class is in progress.
All the learning materials used in EOK belong to the property of EOK. EOK preserves the right, at its sole discretion, to possess and handle the materials.
As a safety measure, please call our school if you need to contact your child and refrain from calling his/her mobile phone as it poses as a distraction during the class.
Parents should be punctual when picking up their child. You are responsible for your child’s safety before and after class. Please talk to your child about the dangers of leaving the premises unattended.
Students should attend the classes according to their regular schedule. Due to the limited seat availability, EOK reserves the right to release the student's seat from the course should a student have frequent absence from the regular sessions.
